According to the feedback of many customers and the actual operation process, we found that many problems can be avoided. However, due to the human factors and some improper behaviors, mechanical failures have been caused, which has deepened the difficulty of the problem. Therefore, several suggestions are summarized, which can be used as reference when using ultrasonic plastic welding machine.
1. For the faulty ultrasonic plastic welding machine, it is not necessary to rush to work, but to inquire about the process and phenomenon of the fault;
2. Check whether the repaired ultrasonic equipment has obvious maintenance history, condition during ultrasonic welding, temperature of ultrasonic mold, service life and so on, and then check the inside of the machine;
3. Before disassembly, the surrounding fault factors shall be eliminated, and the equipment can only be disassembled after the internal fault is determined. Otherwise, the ultrasonic spot welding machine can be disassembled blindly, which may damage the equipment more and more;
4. Power on test, listen to its voice, touch, measure parameters, judge faults, and finally carry out maintenance;
5. Clean and then maintain the ultrasonic welding machine. Clean the button, connection point and contact point of the electrical equipment with heavy pollution, and check whether the external control key is out of order;
6. Many faults are caused by dirt and conductive dust. Once cleaned, the faults are often eliminated;
