1、 Faults during welding

Solution to phenomenon causes
No display when power is turned on
Fuse blown
1. Check the power tube
Whether there is short circuit;
2. Replace the fuse
There is no current display in ultrasonic testing
1. Power tube burned
2. High voltage capacitor burn out
3. Part of the relay control circuit is faulty
Replace relevant burned parts
Ultrasonic testing current is too large and overload
1. The welding head is not locked or cracked;
2. If there is no welding head and the current is large, this energy exchange
Aging or cracking of the device or secondary rod;
3. The characteristics of the power tube are changed or burned out;
4. Part of the power amplifier circuit is faulty
Replace relevant parts
Excessive current and overload during welding
1. The air pressure is on the high side;
2. If the welding head is too large, the impact current is large;
3. High trigger pressure and long delay time;
4. High secondary pole ratio
1. Lower the air pressure;
2. Use higher power model;
3. Reduce the trigger pressure and delay time;

Trigger switch welding head does not fall
1. The emergency stop switch is not reset;
2. The trigger switch cannot be triggered at the same time or one of them has poor contact;
3. There is something wrong with the program control board
1. Reset the emergency stop switch;
2. Detection enables two trigger switches to trigger simultaneously;
3. Check the program board for troubleshooting, generally IC problem
After the switch is triggered, the ultrasonic time is very long
When welding time or pressure holding time band switch is off, adjust band switch contact to make it contact well
What is ultrasonic welding?
Ultrasonic welding is to transfer high frequency vibration wave to the surfaces of two objects to be welded. Under pressure, the surfaces of two objects rub against each other to form the fusion between molecular layers.
